I joined Duo to gain a more comprehensive perspective and to help me provide better support for these profound changes. I have worked in the special events industry for many years, and Duo has always been not only a trusted partner, but also a dynamic player in the industry with a long-term vision.
My first initiative at Duo will be to get to know you and your needs, and then understand the problems that you face with the goal of becoming the best possible partner to help you execute your projects. This is the foundation on which a lasting relationship is built.
As a former DUO vendor, I know the ins and outs of this business, and I without a doubt intend to draw upon this knowledge to support you as best as possible. I know the challenges you face, which have been mine as well. This in turn helps me provide you with the answers you expect.
I am also fully aware of the difficulties that you have encountered in recent months due to the upheaval caused by the pandemic. I am proud to tell you today that we have not only listened to you, but have already implemented the solutions, tools, and human resources necessary to ensure that our respective objectives are achieved.
I also want us to look towards to the future together and dream up the services of tomorrow within the current context of the sharing economy. Creating a network of more responsive dealers for our customers is one of the areas that I would like to work to develop with you.
